- 1977-D Kennedy Half DDO#1, similar to 1974-D Die #1

- 1949-D/S Washington Quarter OMM#1

- 1863 Indian Cent, DDR#1 (the first listed doubled die for the Copper Nickel series)

- 1989-D Lincoln cent RPMs-001 and -002 (The last year of any listed Lincoln cent RPMs)
