A singer by profession and other than that she is a dancer, a song writer, a pianist, an author and a director. A multi talented girl, who is till date eyed upon in the entertainment industry at large, Britney Spears is a name not unknown to people who are part of the music world and who love to hear melodious music. It is not just her singing alone that is seen in her songs, but she also has an art of giving a good presentation when performing live in front of 1000’s of audiences. She takes the stage by storm and makes her the only and the top most reason for people to see live music performances.
The American born named Britney Jean Spears made her very first appearance on national television as a 12 year old contestant in a star search program. Then gradually she was lucky enough to be selected for the TV series The New Mickey Mouse Club. At the age of eight she refused to work in this program and was showed the way to a professional performing arts school for three years and then made a comeback to the same and was well appreciated by the viewers as a fresh face. So on and so forth she started off with doing small TV shows. Then onwards she started tilting towards music. She became a member of a pop musical group and later on got the opportunity to sign her first contract with a well known recording company which was responsible for releasing her debut album in the end of the year of 1999. And with her sheer hard work, she became a great success, which made her a pop icon for the revival of teen pop music. Spears is ranked as the eighth best selling female artist in the U.S with having 30 plus albums to her credit also having a record of being the worlds best selling music artist who has made history by selling records marking above 80 million world wide.
Britney Spears was born to a mediocre family. She has two siblings, but Britney has always been the sharpest of them all. As a child she had always been active in sports and gymnastics and used to participate in state level competitions. Her vocals were perfected while singing in a church choir. Luck stayed with her and she got a chance to enter the performing arts school which further helped her in entering the world of entertainment and music world. As for her personal life, Spears went through a lot of mental strain after she got divorced. Her marriage lasted for two years resulting in an ongoing custody battle over their two children. Spears’s personal life began to gain substantial media attention after her marriage which is why she went through a lot of tussle between her professional and her personal life.
After going through a bad patch in life with the custody of her children and upsetting behavior that shattered her mentally and physically, she had to be taken to rehabilitation centre for recovery. This was a reason of her being absent from entertainment scene. She had been hibernating for a while, but has now returned to the professional world with the same enthusiasm sensation.
Even though she has to struggle hard once again to gain the respect and love that she deserved. The very fact still remains that she was and she will always be a pop icon diva of the music world. And this is one strong truth that she does not have to fight the media to prove it. Whether working with a team or initiating the work single handedly, with the interest in the work and with an enormous amount of energy and not being afraid to surpass the risky hurdles along the path, well that is where one goes smoothly towards successful and a content living.
